My name is Herber Jimenez. I was born in Antigua, Guatemala, and lived there until I was 15 years old. My family and I then immigrated to California, where I attended Mountain View High School.
After high school, I discovered my first love: food. I became a chef and worked in some of the best fine dining restaurants in San Francisco and the Bay Area for 10 years. However, during this time, I also discovered my love for photography. In just a couple of years, I created my own photography company, and it took off. I was so busy with my photography work that I left cooking to become a full-time photographer.
During this time, I fell in love again, and this time, it was with my wife. We dated and eventually got married, and we decided to move to Sacramento to start a new chapter in our lives. As first-time homebuyers, we hired a realtor to help us find a home. Our realtor was amazing and educated us on everything we needed to know about being homeowners. Against all odds, we won the bidding on our dream home and became homeowners thanks to our realtor and lender.
This experience made me so happy that I wanted to share it with everyone. I wanted to help people become homeowners and take advantage of all the benefits that come with owning a home. So, I decided to get my real estate license and jump in with both feet.
My goal now is to help people own a home and have a better life. With my experience in the industry and passion for helping others, I am committed to providing my clients with the best possible experience when buying or selling a home.
