My name is Layla Splawn and I have now lived in Sacramento since 2019. I was born in Fresno, Ca and later moved to Monterey to get my Bachelors in International Business and Management at CSUMB. My passion is all things construction. I find the value in my expertise immeasurable to my clientele by being able to identify structural integrity.
