Pros and Cons of living in CITRUS HEIGHTS
Citrus Heights continues to be one of the most favorite neighborhoods in Sacramento. So in today's video, we are going to give you the pros and cons of Citrus Heights.
Citrus Heights is a quiet neighborhood with a small-town feel, but it's also close to all the big city action.
The Pros:
first, is essentially large suburbs. It has all the comforts and amenities of living in a big city, but it's still close enough to nature that you can take advantage of the great outdoors. There are plenty of parks and greenbelts nearby, perfect for taking a walk or going on a hike.
Second, it is close to lots of family attractions. The Folsom Zoo, the Sacramento Children's Museum, and Fairytale Town are all just a short drive away. And if you're looking for something to do on a rainy day, there are plenty of indoor activities like bowling and trampoline parks.
Third, there are a lot of hiking and bike trails nearby. So if you're into that sort of thing, Citrus Heights is a great place to live. If you enjoy fresh air, there are plenty of places to get it.
The Cons:
First, houses in Citrus Heights were built in the early 70s and 80s and many of them are starting to show their age. This means that you may have to do some updating and repairs when you move in.
And also, very little to do in a way of nightlife and entertainment. Citrus Heights is a family-oriented community and there aren't many bars
So, those are the pros and cons of living in Citrus Heights. It's a great place to raise a family or retire, but it might not be the best place for young singles or couples who are looking for a more active nightlife.
