THE HISTORY OF FLORIN SQUARE

Nestled within Florin Square, the museum is a cornerstone of a community initiative that is fondly referred to as Sacramento's "Black Wall Street." Established in 2003, the Square has since flourished into a vibrant community hub where business and culture intersect.

A staggering 90 percent of the tenants at Florin Square are black-owned businesses, reflecting a strong spirit of entrepreneurship within the community.
